This week I posted my Homemade spinach gnocchi and said I’ll share Lisa’s bolognese sauce that I did with my gnocchi that day. Very rich sauce that includes white wine that adds goodness to the sauce and fresh herbs of bay leaves that I crush by hand to blend in more flavour and fresh Basil leaves and dry Italian mix herbs with beef mince, garlic, white onion, little red chilli and baby small tin roma tomatoes that adds sweetness to the sauce and red puree sauce bottle. I cook my sauce on low heat, nice and slow and make sure it blends all the flavours into the sauce and allow the sauce to thicken in deep red sauce, The aroma is just mwah! and the bolognese was saucey and rich and delicious almost makes you sing thats how delicious this bolognese sauce is and in my generation we alway’s have parmesan cheese, and one glass Homemade Red vino from a very good friend who make’s his own wine from a vineyard if you do try this bolognese sauce please tag me as I would love to see it.Have a nice day lisa???????? swipe left to see the video
