Something so good about chicken parmigiana am I right? Specially going to a hotel pub and it’s on the menu seems to be the popular choice to choose. This is my Homemade version of chicken parmigiana, chicken is crumped with homemade breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, dry parsley, dry garlic flakes, pinch salt and pepper and the sauce was done with pink garlic, white onion, red capsicum, semi-tomatoes, red small chilli, fresh basil, fresh bay leaves, tin of mini romo tomatoes, puree tomato sauce with dash of wine and a dash of milk. The chicken was crispy on the outer and moist inside and the sauce was melted into the chicken top layer it was very flavourful burst of rich sauce and texture of mini romo tomatoes that burst while eating away the cheddar cheese on top was just perfect with this chicken parmigiana. enjoy your day Lisa ????????
