Roasted dinner seems to be the winner dinner with families and the aroma just makes you even hungrier waiting for it to be ready and served doesn’t it, this meal was done in the oven today due to the weather being so cold again in Perth can’t wait for some warmer barbeque meals soon. This is Roasted butterfly chicken dinner, vegetables with butternut pumpkin brushed with butter,cinnamon sugar and honey the baby white potatoes done with honey mustard seeds, honey and Colby cheese and the roasted butterfly chicken was marinade with turmeric powder, ginger, mix herbs,chicken stock powder, fresh garlic with some roasted peppers aside was lovely served with some roasted gravy mix swipe left ????to see picture of the results of it being served

ROASTED CHICKEN
Over 1kg whole chicken
1 Tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of fresh crush garlic
2 tablespoon of mix herbs
1/4 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder

METHOD
Put all ingredients onto the chicken rub really well all over the chicken till completely covered, then in oven on 160 degrees for 1hr and 15 mins till all golden on top.enjoy your day lisa????????
