Lamb shanks, was in the mood to try something different searching recipes and found this flavourful Massaman curry!
Baked in the oven with potatoes, curry paste and coconut cream! it’s so delicious and the lamb shanks fell apart when serving this meal topped with some fresh corriander and red chilli was absolutely delicious definitely worth trying!
