Jacket sweet potato haven’t had it in ages! Was so yummy I forgotten what it was like lol. Don’t you get that too? when you go through habits of certain food for so long and then cook up something you haven’t had for a while? This is what I did, I baked some sweet potato and fork it in the middle after it was cooked and pop it back in the oven for 5 mins to give some slight crispness and had some leftovers from tacos one night and beef mince that was mild spicey with yellow onion, garlic, dash of red sauce and taco seasoning then filled with everything I could think of, cream corn, jalopenos, green Marinated olives, black olives, semi-tomatoes and colby cheese that was done in a that curled up as I went to take it out and turned out fancy like a cone and of course I love my sour cream was so delicious and comfort meal and love having leftovers to enjoy another kind of meal.
