I know how much most of you love gnocchi and how much I love gnocchi too! So much love in the making as we all know it’s time and effect like every menu we make, well today I tryed spinach leaves in the gnocchi and this time the gnocchi has potatoe, pecorino cheese and baby spinach leaves it was soft and beautiful to make and I made a beautiful rich red sauce bolognese to go with it and that I’ll be sharing this week with a recipe of good Lisa’s bolognese red sauce.
