Honey lover’s???? there’s so much you can do with honey put into your sweets or savory in cooking or raw. I have to say I’ve never had the true honeycomb honey before it was beautiful the thickness and texture was so soft and pure, have you tryed it before? if not, give it a try. This is something I did with the honeycomb I brought some double cream brie cheese and crush some Almonds and put pieces of honeycomb and drizzle of honey on top of the double cream blue cheese on the lovely platter to enjoy with fresh fruit of blueberries, strawberries and pear, I love pears and what I love about pears on platter dish is instead of crackers you use firm pears to put toppings on it, great for light and freshness to eat.
