Hello Everyone, here in Perth we are in our winter season and there has been some beautiful pumpkins around, so my first Attempt was to make Homemade pumpkin Gnocchi which I haven’t done pumpkin Gnocchi before so I gave my best try, I must admit it was softer to work with in the making, my favourite part is kneading and rolling and adding the flour and using the gnocchi board and seeing the results, it’s quite relaxing even though is messy hard work in the making it’s worth it in the end it was beautiful and delicious to eat.
