Happy Saturday Everyone! I’ve made a traditional gravy beef stew with homemade wedges cooked in the Airfryer. The wedges were Marinated with salt and vinegar from smokeyjoesrubs and added cracked pepper and olive oil and in the Airfryer.
What I love about this stew is tasty and easy done in the slow cooker.
Cooked nice and slowly most of the day. So easy to cook this stew.
Done by Gravox traditional gravy powder whipped with water and Worcestershire sauce that give’s the thickness and tasty gravy taste in the stew.My slow cooker goes on the gas stove then I place into the slow cooker. If your’s doesn’t then just cook the onion and garlic a bit in a pan, it just give’s more flavourful towards this stew. What’s in the stew, boneless gravy beef, onion, garlic, fresh curly parsley, fresh thyme, red capsicum, carrots, medium mushrooms, sweet paprika, Cracked pepper, tin of mini romo tomatoes and traditional gravy powder mix in water and Worcestershire sauce and frozen peas.Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker on low heat for at least 5 to 6 hours. Sharing the recipe today, Enjoy your weekend Lisa ????????
