Happy Friday Everyone, yes made a cake today! it’s been a while since I made cake. As you know I love bundt cakes my reason for it, it’s effective and putting icing on it is easier just pour around the top can’t go wrong. This cake is lemon and blueberry cake it’s soft and like a sponge and just a few blueberries inside the cake so it keeps it moist and fresh I’ve made butter lemon icing and just add blueberries and couple of etable pink flowers on top. I’m working on this recipe atm as it is a double patch of my own recipe I’ve made up. There was some left over cake base, so maybe needs adjusting a bit I didn’t throw the left over base I microwave it in a cup and sprinkle cinnamon sugar and my daughter end up eating it lol, it was good to try it and experiment my own recipe today and hopefully I can share this recipe in the future was soft and beautiful delightful sponge .
