Happy Easter Friday????, As being good Friday I choose to make a beautiful bright bow pasta Salad with prawns, fresh fennel, sugar snap pea’s, cherry tomatoes, red onion, plain pitted kalamata olive’s and a few fennel fresh leaves with balsamic dressing and squeeze fresh lemon aside to add some zest into the salad. You might have seen my story’s that I showed the bow pasta in brand in bright colours that I brought from my favourite shop it comes with 8 flavours, Durum wheat semolina, Tomato, red beetroot, spinach, carrot, basil, turmeric, cuttlefish ink. This pasta salad was tasty delicious really worked well together and very comfort meal bit of fresh crunchy texture from the fennel, sugar snap pea’s and so tasty that is great for lunch or dinner even bbq times, it’s handy that having cold pasta salad like this is Always ready in the fridge to eat and enjoy, Lisa ????????????
