Good india green curry in the slow cooker full of flavours and beautiful Aroma right through the house it was absolutely beautiful curry I have used this package of curry before and I have always highly recommend them as it’s always handy having in pantry as back up moments, This one wasn’t very hot spice it was more flavourful curry with just a hint tang spice, but if you wanted it to be hot you just add chilli. My slow cooker goes on the stove then straight in the pot to cook most day on its own on low heat for at least 6 hrs, I do slightly brown my yellow onion and garlic and cook the chicken a bit as I feel it taste more flavourful this way in the slow cooking. The potatoes I leave the skin on this time as again just adds texture and flavourful towards this curry.Towards the end I use fresh corriander leave’s when I served it with white rice it was so delicious everything just melt in your mouth of very flavourful curry and the chicken just falls apart Enjoy your Friday lisa ????????
