Dinner tonight was grilled lamb ribs, Love these lamb ribs easy, tasty and a good pick up and eat meat. This is one of the family generation flavourful ingredients we use and pass on family to family that is a regular ingredient. I Grow my oregano because I use it most time’s I love the aroma in oregano leaves too! It’s really freshing, I Marinate it with little olive oil, pink garlic, pink salt, fresh oregano leaves then grill them up each side with some slightly golden crisp on them and when served I put some lemon aside. With a small bowl as a dip for the lamb ribs thats is mixed with olive oil and basilmic glazed very simple and delicious tasty good lamb chops to enjoy.
