As you see how rich and saucey this is, found a red sauce bottle from our local supermarket shop called “Nonna sauce” it stood out for me to try it, my reason the bottle was like the beer bottle’s we use to collect to make our own sauce bottle’s from my generation I even loved the name, It even said no sugar just puree red sauce, All I did was used my iron deep pan, cut up some, pink garlic, yellow onion, red capsicum, fresh and dry basil, fresh bay leaves, cut up some eggplant and Zucchini in big slices cooked each side quickly then add white wine, tin mini romo tomatoes and the nonna red sauce let it cook for a little then grated some Auricchio Parmigiano cheese over it then in the oven grilled it a bit just to give it a slightly char on top was beautiful rich bright red sauce and tasty delicious with pasta.
